At Issue
The Owner sought to redevelop the existing ski area base real estate into a much larger "Village" setting, to include six new mixed-use buildings, a new Village Plaza and Main Street, complete with hardscaping, landscaping, roads and site structures, an ice rink and cover structure, and various other associated and support structures. The development plan also required relocation and reconstruction of the existing main gondola's lower terminal building to accommodate the layout of the new village. Furthermore, the Owner wanted the project to be delivered as one design package in order to allow for the various elements to be built simultaneously.
