At Issue
Audubon Land Company, LLC, represented Penrose and over 50 doctors in their efforts to develop a facility to respond to the expanding and myriad healthcare needs of Colorado Springs and its surrounding areas. The desired result was an out-patient facility housing an array of clinics encompassing numerous medical specialties, including otolaryngology, surgery, radiology, orthopedics, and opthomology. The hospital's Owners also envisioned a "technology friendly" campus capable of offering permanent and visiting physicians the opportunity to utilize the hospital's data and voice services, thus enhancing communication and collaboration among the member physicians and service providers.
