Intensive remodel of the existing lodge and addition of a new restaurant using a fast-track approach, while maintaining operation of existing restaurant, health club and condominiums.

BGCE's Work

• Remodeled existing mechanical and electrical systems of second floor fraction fee units (FFU’s) located above existing kitche.


• Provided hands-on, weekly construction administration to aid contractors in critical issues that arose during renovation and remodel


• Provided supplemental design packages to provide temporary systems to maintain operation of building


• Designed and coordinated new systems for addition of new restaurant to serve up to 90 meals per hour
