At Issue
Wareham Development hired Beaudin Ganze to provide the mechanical, electrical, and lighting design for the athletic and wellness center for a luxury resort positioned to compete with the nearby, world-famous Sun Valley Resort. The project consists of cardio, resistance, and group exercise spaces; indoor and outdoor aquatics facilities; raquet facilities; state-of-the-art reiki, shiatsu and swedish massage facilities; spa treatment rooms; viscid shower; a yoga studio; and locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.
