At Issue
Wareham
Development hired Beaudin Ganze to provide the mechanical, electrical,
and lighting design for the luxury resort positioned to compete with
the nearby, world-famous Sun Valley Resort. The development includes 11
buildings, including: 70 luxury residences – single-level detached
homes, penthouses, and townhomes – ranging in size from 1,600 sf to
5,000 sf, overlooking Big Wood Golf Course; 17,000 sf of retail and
restaurant space; a 40,000 sf recreation, fitness and spa facility; and
87,000 sf of below-grade parking.
