At Issue
BGCE is providing mechanical/electrical engineering for this mixed-use development, which will serve as the principal gateway to Martinez Park. Situated just two blocks north of new, major city and county buildings, inspired by Fort Collins' nearby historic district, and suffused with modern imagination, the project will provide a community where offices, small retail, recreation, open space, and residential opportunities are interwoven to create an intimate setting for living, working and playing.
Three buildings make up the 52,300 sf: 17,200 sf of retail/commercial space; 2,200 sf of storage/utility space; 24,300 sf of residential space (prototype condominiums); and 8,600 sf of garage space.
