At Issue
BGCE
is providing mechanical, electrical and lighting engineering design and
construction administration services for this condominium development
in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada, including 74,300 SF of residential space,
5,000 SF of amenity space, and 26,000 SF of below grade parking garage.
The project consists of a main tower building, a fitness center
building, a common club building, a large outdoor pool and five
residential lakeside buildings all located above or adjacent to a
common underground parking structure.
