The project includes 136,000 SF of hotel rooms (7 typical suites),
32,850 SF of common area, 13,000 SF of service and storage area, 2,800
SF of restaurant and kitchen space, 1,200 SF of pool amenity, and
77,000 SF of below grade parking.
