At Issue
The
last multi-family property planned for Bachelor Gulch and the last
planned on-mountain community in the Vail Valley, Hummingbird will
offer 40 luxury three-, four-, and five-bedroom condominiums/vacation
homes, ranging in size from 2,148 SF to 5,181 SF. Residences are
designed to provide a wealth of natural lighting and air conditioning –
a rarity in mountain living. Project amenities include an Owners Club
