At Issue
BGCE
is providing mechanical and electrical consulting services for the
rehabilitation and stabilization of an existing National Park Service
(NPS) hotel on the National Historic Register, which was originally
built by the Great Northern Railroad in 1915. The overall goal is to
restore this hotel to its original grandeur. The renovation will
include new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems. The
initial phase of this project has included a survey of existing
conditions, and is currently in schematic design.
