At Issue
BGCE
is providing mechanical and electrical engineering and
telecommunications design and construction administration services for
Phases 1 & 2 of the expanded development of an existing resort.
Phase 1 (approx. 400,000 SF) consists of three buildings on top of a
common below-grade parking garage. Phase 2 (approx. 110,000 SF)
consists of one building. The project will include condominiums (16
prototypes), a 20,000 SF conference center, retail, restaurant, transit
center, skier services, adventure center, swimming pool, fitness
facility, and site snowmelt.

BGCE's Work
- Design has addressed complex metering/owner issues for the condominium units.
- Design includes state-of-the-art telecommunications for the conference center.
- Design takes advantage of climatic conditions to provide free cooling for 95% of building loads.
