At Issue
Renovations
to several building programs, layouts, and systems to include high-end
systems with unit humidification and sound attenuation, and
modifications to corridors. Specific space renovations include:
Conference Center Level
- Conversion of meeting space, ballroom, and back of house areas into approx. 15,300 SF full service spa.
- Conversion of existing meeting space into new conference center public area restrooms.
- Conversion of existing boardroom into new business center.
Lobby Level
- Conversion of portion of lobby space into approx. 1,600 SF fractional unit sales office/residence lounge.
- Revision of existing purchasing/receiving area into new human resources space, approx. 240 SF.
Building A
- Conversion of guestrooms into a new pool entrance.
Buildling B
- Conversion of existing spa into (approx. 4,800 SF) back of house offices on the second floor.
- Conversion of guestrooms into fractional ownership two- and three-
bedroom units, utilizing five typical and stacking unit layouts (ave.
1,900 SF each) for this building. Levels 2 thru 6 of Building B
comprise approx. 90,000 SF.
- Conversion of two king units into VO Lounge (approx. 878 SF).
Building C
- Within existing Building C shell, build out of guestrooms, suites and corridors (approx. 18,000 SF, including lofts).
