At Issue
BGCE
is providing mechanical and electrical engineering design and
construction contract administration services for this new resort and
spa development in Napa Valley situated just across from the Wine
Train, close to “old town.” The project includes 159 time-share
condominiums and hotel rooms - each equipped with its own wine cooler -
shell restaurant space, shell day-spa, an exterior pool, and garden.
