Sierra College Administration & Classroom Building

At Issue

BGCE has provided mechanical, electrical, lighting, and communication engineering design and construction contract administration services for the approximately 30,000 square foot college administrative and classroom building for the Sierra College system in Truckee, California. The project will also include planning for approximately 30,000 square feet of future building phases. The space program includes administrative areas, computer labs, science labs, student gathering areas, health fitness & EMT training rooms, learning resource center, lecture rooms, and faculty offices. This project is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
