At Issue
BGCE provided mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction contract administration services for the addition to the existing medical pavilion. The addition included a new MRI scan room, control room, dressing rooms, and recovery room. Additionally, system enhancements provided humidification throughout. System modifications included a separate special chiller for MRI equipment, rooftop equipment for balance of spaces, non-metallic mechanical equipment for MRI space, and special exhaust systems for cryogenic vents.
