BGCE provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the tear down and rebuild of the existing residence. Given the "Don't want to see it, hear it, or feel it" guidelines from the Owner, BGCE looked to creative methods to heat and cool the house. The finish architecture and integration of radiant floor heat and forced air cooling made for an exquisite interior look and feel.
