BGCE is providing mechanical, electrical, communications and lighting engineering design and construction contract administration services for this high-end townhome community in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada. Project includes approximately 145,000 SF of residential space in 20 townhome buildings with each "estate" having its own garage. A clubhouse facility with outdoor pool, courtyard, patio and other amenities for the community's residents completes the project.
