At Issue
The Sundance Professional Centre is a new professional medical office building consisting of a 10,426 SF main leve, a 4,236 SF upper level, and a 4,568 SF basement level. The building's Owner was attracted to the idea of LEED certification after researching the possible energy savings that the building will accomplish, as well as, being able to provide his staff and patients with a healthy work/treatment environment. The building achieved LEED Gold Certification under the USGBC's Core and Shell rating system.

- Indoor lighting controls with occupancy sensors to eliminate wasted energy when rooms are unoccupied

- Natural light provided to 75% of interior space
- Exterior views to 90% of office space
