At Issue
Replacement of a mountain-top restaurant facility using a fast-track approach with a short schedule created by the unexpected loss of one of Vail Resorts premiere buildings.

BGCE's Work
- Redesign of the mechanical and electrical building systems for a restaurant facility at an elevation of 11,000 feet which was lost in a fire.
- Designed and coordinated new systems for a nearly completely redesigned production kitchen in an extremely short schedule.
- Provided hands-on construction contract administration to help the Contractor complete the building in an 8-month window.

Client Benefits
- Replaced a premiere facility with a larger, improved facility in half the time it took to construct the original building.
- The restaurant opened, as scheduled, in time for the holiday ski season.
