 Educational
facilities are the embodiment of a community’s commitment to nurture its
development. These facilities can be critical in not just maintaining, but also
expanding, a community’s most fundamental resource - its people.
Educational facilities must meet a community’s current needs and those
forecasted for years to come, including trends and innovations in education
delivery and learning environments. Communities often undertake this effort
to build for their future in anticipation of “expected” growth,
which means they are attempting to serve the needs of more than are currently
contributing to their budgetary base.
BGCE works with communities to prioritize their goals within the framework
of first- and life-cycle-cost analysis, to ensure that communities invest their
time and money in ways that will benefit the useful life of their facility;
the users who will directly interact with the facility; and, ultimately, the
community at large. BGCE develops comprehensive solutions that address the multi-faceted
