Ray Engen joins BGCE
12/01/04 — Fort Collins, Colorado — Ray Engen, P.E., LEED™ AP is the newest member of the BGCE team. Ray has been named Principal-In-Charge of the firm's Fort Collins office, and brings over 35 years of experience in design, management, and construction.
Ray has led A/E, design-build, and mechanical contracting companies to increasing success with his unique mix of talents and capabilities. His background in project management is extensive, and his experience covers the gamut of responsibilities including client relations, agency approvals, negotiations, budget and billings plus design and construction management. Ray has managed projects that have ranged in value from nominal to multimillion for private, corporate, and governmental clients. Ray's mechanical design experience for facilities is also broad based. His design experience includes HVAC, boilers, pumping, piping and plumbing systems, and control and energy management systems.
Ray's involvement will includes design concepts, budget preparations, working drawing management, project construction administration and commissioning coordination.
