Lake Tahoe/Sacramento

“Gateway
to the Sierras” is what the locals like to call Truckee, California,
where the firm’s third office opened in January, 2002. The town’s
13,000 residents enjoy its small town charm, especially along “Commercial
Row” which is steeped in the nostalgia of the town’s early days
as a major station along the original transcontinental railroad.
Truckee offers fun and adventure all year round. Truckee is proximate to more
than half a dozen ski parks, including Squaw Valley, the site of the 1960
Winter Olympics, and internationally-renowned Northstar Village at Tahoe.
Truckee’s wealth of recreational opportunities extends throughout the
year to include biking, camping, rock climbing, fishing, golf, water sports,
and parasailing. And if you are still looking for something more to do, there
is always a festival or community event on the calendar, from sled dog races,
to the rodeo, to guided hikes along the emigrant trails.
